Most of Newgrounds is manually moderated, so I don't think you were autobanned. Not sure, only autobanning feature I know of is in the Portal.
Maybe you can PM a forum mod and clarify with them, you can find a list of mods here:

Looks like you were banned by the automated spam guard, it must have made some association between your IP and the post that assumed was an advertising spam post. Will look into sorting that out, we could really use a whitelist option for accounts in case it's IP related.
if it's an ip problem then it might the fact that i use tor (i live where NG is blocked). thank you btw
